Have you known that human beings only use 6% of their brain power while Albert Einstein did make it to the 10th percent. Would you imagine how would it be like if we were able to use all the brain power that we have got? That is supposed to be outrageously invigorating to think that you are more than the capacity of thinking that you have right now.

The Law of Attraction, positive thinking or whatever you want to call it, works on the premise that we’re capable of determining what we have and how we live with the power of our psychic energy. The idea is that we’re able to direct our mental abilities, our thoughts toward our goals and desires and obtain them.

As a matter of fact, this is not something that you could have in just a blink of an eye. People who have chosen this path have believed that the world influences them and not that they do that to the world. It means that is we are determined by our actions not out thoughts but how could that be if the main reason why we act that way is that because that is how we think?

There is still something to argue about, thoughts would make us do things and the things that we have done would be the outcome of our goals. Then, would you agree that the thoughts were dependable for the outcome? The outcome of our deeds is motivated by our thoughts not by our deeds or by the things that we do.

For our minds are always on the run then we should also see to it that the Law of Attraction is also on the go. Sometimes, what we think would only be up to our thinking and we may not even realize which types of energies those thinking are creating.

If you talk about the Law of Attraction, they have this concept that if you think about something and believe in it that you will be able to have it then surely, you will achieve it. That works with bad thoughts also. If you think about the things that you do not want to happen to you then think that it would be possible for you to experience them then would probably experience it. You see, what you think would really come to your direction.

Your unconscious is literal and produces negative energy the same as it does positive energy. It doesn’t know the difference. Your unconscious mind doesn’t understand “I don’t want”. To truly achieve the positive benefits of the Law of Attraction, you have to become aware of what you’re focusing your attention on.

Are you focusing on what you want? Or don’t want? Do you have thoughts or beliefs that are contrary to what you want? If you truly want something, but feel you don’t really deserve it, those thoughts will be translated into energy, and the Universe will “feel” that you don’t deserve it.

Becoming aware of what you’re spending your energy on, enables you to change it. Allowing you to focus all your thoughts on the things you really want.

What Do You Get Out Of NLP Training?

The qualifications of NLP practitioner and Master Practitioner are achieved through intensive NLP training. However, as beneficial as these qualifications are, they are by no means the only attraction of such training courses.

For a start, NLP training provides an in depth understanding of NLP itself. Neuro-linguistic programming (or NLP) is essentially the study of excellence and understanding how and why those who excel in their fields do so. Throughout the training, you will undergo a number of NLP sessions, whereby those who are qualified or are in the process of qualifying as practitioners engage you in NLP. This gives you firsthand experience of NLP, something that will be essential when you later come to carry out NLP therapy on clients of your own. The fact that you get so much exposure to NLP also means that, through the NLP training, you are accessing all of the benefits of standard NLP sessions. This is a notable personal development journey, incorporating realistic yet ambitious goal setting, self-belief and the removal of self-imposed limits and restrictions. You’ll also learn to observe and understand people better, create a positive change in yourself and then inspire the same change in others around you and learn how to manage stress.

NLP also promotes better communication, increasing your ability to read, understand and react to body language.

Acquiring NLP related skills also gives you an upper hand in the crowded and competitive jobs market of the present day. This applies particularly for those seeking management roles, as NLP is particularly noted for creating adept and proficient leaders.

While these are all great extra benefits, the qualifications themselves also mean that you could later provide your own NLP sessions to clients – a great potential business venture. This can certainly not be under estimated. For many, the idea of being self employed is hugely appealing and through NLP training, thousands have been able to set up their own business in NLP.

A Few Tips On How To Develop A Photographic Memory

It’s not just the mind freaks who can have a photographic memory! We’ve heard the stories about exceptional human beings who are able to recite huge volumes of data or draw intricate cityscapes after just a 5 minute helicopter ride.

But what if you were to realize that you have exactly the same potential abilities as these amazing human beings? How would that change your life! This article explores just 3 techniques that you can implement into your own life so that you too can begin developing your photographic memory. But just remember, your brain requires exercise and training to think like this. So if even if it feels tough the first couple of times you use these techniques, don’t give up. Keep going and give your brain time to develop.

The first of these techniques is calling the ‘link’ system and it is particularly good when you need to memorize long lists of data such phone numbers or a grocery list. The essence of the link system is that you visually link each item on the list to an item you already know. But you link this item in a ridiculous way, the more ridiculous the better. So if you are remembering a list of grocery items (milk, butter, bread, eggs & cheese) you would visualize the milk as still in the cow, then link it to the next item which is butter, by imagining the cow churning the butter with it’s hooves and so on. It sounds ridiculous, but your brain recalls these items because of how ridiculous they are.

The second method used is the peg system which is another good way for memorizing lists. It works by pre-memorizing a list of words that are easy to associate with the numbers they represent (#1-gun, #2-zoo, #3-tree, #4-door, #5-hive etc). Those objects form the “pegs” of the system. Then in the future, to rapidly memorize a list of arbitrary objects, each one is associated with the appropriate peg. If you were trying to remember the following list: keys, wallet, phone, laptop and trash you would imagine your keys being fired out of a gun (#1), your wallet being eaten by lions in the zoo (#2) etc.

The third method, the ‘major’ system can be used very successfully in conjunction with the peg method. The major system gets you to ‘convert’ the numbers into a consonant sound and and then add vowels into the sounds so as to create words. By using this method you are able to memorize large number lists.

It’s not impossible to master a photographic memory, but it does require consistent effort and practice. But if you keep it up, you will be surprised and very pleased with how much your memory improves.

Increase Your Productivity With These Techniques

I’ve always been big on the idea of making the most of my time. While I genuinely do enjoy my work, I value my free time even more. After all, I work so hard in order to enjoy the lifestyle that I desire.

I really do my best to stick to my work while I’m working. You’d be amazed at how much more you’ll get done if you’re focused the entire time, as it makes a world of difference.

It took me a while to figure out the winning formula, but I’m at a point where my workdays are so much more productive than they’ve ever been. I’ll give you a few pointers that may be of use to you.

One piece of advice that people often overlook is the quality and quantity of sleep that they get. If you’re short on sleep each night, you’ll end up in a situation where it’s a struggle to work every day. This often happens to me, and I can’t stand the idea of wasting precious time because I didn’t get enough sleep.

How much of it you need will really depend on your body. You should probably know the answer by now. Do everything you can to make sure you’re getting that amount.

In addition to sleep, the amount of exercise that you get is critical too. I go to the gym every day and I find that my best hours are the few hours that follow my workouts because my mind is the most clear at the time.

In addition to that, it’ll give you more energy to endure through a day’s worth of hard work. Lastly, it helps you to sleep better at night, which in turn will lead to more productive days.

The final thing that I do is something I’d definitely recommend doing if you don’t. Listen to music through the day. Don’t watch TV and don’t listen to talk radio, as both of these will leave you paying attention to the words, and not to your work. Music will keep you grounded and focused.
